Success Criteria Compass™ is Capstone Coaching Group's proprietary process for identifying the 10 essential criteria that need to be present for an opportunity, relationship or decision to truly work for you.

Together, we uncover what matters most based on your vision, values, strengths, financial goals, desired culture, impact, and the life you want your work to support.

The result is your own personalized decision-making framework for evaluating opportunities and important choices. You’ll be better equipped to recognize what simply looks attractive, and what is genuinely aligned with what matters most.

And just as importantly, you can confidently say no to choices that could consume your time, energy, and resources without moving you toward the future you want.

Your Success Criteria Compass™ Experience

This highly personalized coaching experience combines deep exploration with intentional time to reflect, gain perspective, and apply what you discover.

Across two private half-day sessions, we'll work through six phases:

Discovery → Awareness → Define → Prioritize → Evaluate → Decide

The sessions are intentionally separated, giving you time to reflect and prepare before we move into the deeper work of identifying your priorities and non-negotiables.

After you've had time to apply your Success Criteria to the decision in front of you, we'll reconnect for a private 60-minute follow-up session to address what has surfaced, work through remaining questions and help you move toward a confident decision.

You'll walk away with:

• Greater clarity about your priorities and non-negotiables,
• A framework for evaluating the crucial decision in front of you,
